I'm sure we're alll anticipating Elaine's return to our Sundays (been way too long, but for good reason of course).

I think EP has become a really great interviewer over the years - so nice to hear someone who understands what it is to be a successful entertainer interview other entertainers.

Here are just a few of the people I'd like to hear Elaine interview -or interview again. Do share yours.

Stephen Sondheim (a legend)
Tommy Korberg (what a voice)
Barbra Streisand (not everyone's cup of tea, I know)
Jan Maxwell (pure class)
Terri White (pure fun)
Judi Dench (two gigglers together)
Elaine Stritch (they don't make 'em like that anymore)
Angela Lansbury (ditto)
Tyne Daly (she's "in town")
Hugh Jackman (he's "in town)
Patti LuPone (who's knows how that one would go!)
Meryl Streep (ok, no singer but she'd be so entertaining)

Kristin Chenoweth. She's quite a giggler herself, and she and EP are the same height. I imagine they'd have fun together.

I'd like her to interview Barbara Dickson (I know she's interviewed Barbara on TV years ago but I'd love those two to duet again)

I'm guessing/hoping next Sunday Charlene, although I've just checked on the BBC press office website and it's not confirmed.

Better be soon or she'll be headed back to Heathrow and bound for LAX!

Thanks David. MAYBE she can record a bunch of shows to air while in LA or send them from there. Alot of people in that town to interview.

When I was on EP google today saw under BBC-bbc radio 2 program schedule that Elaine will be on Mar 4 - Celebrating
music of Broadway, Hollywood and West End. Lets hope so.
