The reviewer is wrong when he says that this was EP´s first concert on American soil.

She did a total of 4 concerts back in 2002 on American soil.

I hate when people publish things that are not true.

I'd pay money to hear Elaine singing the telephone directory.

Elaine Paige is the very best!!

That is certainly true. And a bunch of us went to her Atlantic City Concert barely a year ago. Some reporters are not know for their research. Angry

Sorry, everyone seems upset about the posting. Nothing was there to say he was a reviewer. He was not doing this as a job but as a real fan who was really impressed. I was more impressed by his mentioning how great she was and how much he enjoyed the concert. Those facts were definitely true. Do not think it matters how many concerts she has done in the U.S, it matters how obviously fantastic she was in the Allen Room concert and was probably just as
good in the others. Think maybe we have to lighten up a little. It made me feel good that someone, not on this Forum, felt the same way that many of us do.
Sorry for this rant.

No one is really upset with what you posted Joan. I did not even realize that it was a blog. Just commenting on the fact that there had been previous concerts. It was indeed a good commentary and she was wonderful.

Focusing on the positive things on this forum is by far the thing to do now. In light of past history here. I'm sure Nick and all the management would agree to a positive energy forum from now on.

And thanks again Joan for the Blog.
