I agree..I hate to buy a book and then find it hard finish it because it doesn't hold my attention. Sad

I agree totally and sometimes they are hard to even get started on. If they don't have my attention in the first few chapters....then I usually donate them.

Birdie, I read George's book and enjoyed it. I felt like it was a history book from school, but I learned ALOT. I should
get Laura's book next.

I have it as well. They are very different but both have much to teach. Theresa, it would give you a new insight into Sept. 11. I think you would both like Laura's book. She is very much a real person and lady.

I really enjoyed hearing his insight on all the things that went on during his time in the WH. I think she is a wonderful lady and am definately going to look into buying her book. Thanks, Birdie.

I found George's book a little hard to read. Very complicated with details etc. but I really enjoyed reading it. It took me awhile to read. It was the subject matter that was hard..not his writing.
