My current read, after a LONG search for a vintage copy of it, is 'South Wind' by Norman Douglas...It was the novel which inspired Gracie to go to Capri Wink

I recently read two books by James McGee which I liked very much.

I also like reading books by Charlotte Link.

I'd pay money to hear Elaine singing the telephone directory.

Elaine Paige is the very best!!

Memories is great, lots of pictures.Smiley I especially loved the full page colour of Elaine as Evita. That would have looked awesome in a frame!!

If I were to be critical I'd say that it could have been more in depth, Elaine hardly says anything about herself and her life apart from her career. That's what I would really like to read about!! But then that wasn't really the idea behind Memories either.

She has mentioned that she might do an autobiography in the future, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Smiley
