You can actually watch Sky Arts 1 online. With a bit of a technical setup and a sign-up for Sky TV Online.
BUT the mentioned program doesn't appear in the online TV-guide. And since not all programs shown on Sky TV are available online I guess, that that's the reason why.

I pay a monthly fee to be able to access UK television from the US just to catch the EP stuff. The Sky Arts thing was still not available to me and they did not put it on the Sky Arts player at least last time I looked. Sad

Skyarts is subscription only in the UK as well - I only got it because my parents have that channel, maybe they've been tightening up on what you get for your money so they can squeeze every last penny out of people Angry

oh, I'm sorry -- I was referring to this re-run episode, not the concert. I think that's what g-s-m was asking about.
As far as I know, Sky Arts 2 is online not available.
